It must be made known that we should not become supporters of a side for the sake of opposition. Our basis has to be truely on the Haqq. Thus we do not seek to take sides, the Shariah should be our constitution. The website that the below evidence was found: Tablighi Jamaat (1926-2024): 100 years of Da’wa (tablighi-jamaat.com), we must warn this website which supposed to be promoting the true and sincere image of Tabligh has a homepage with a Shirki image.
They allowed that which caused Rasulullah Sallallahu ‘Alaihi wa Sallam’s face colour to change. What Tabligh could that be? How can we be claiming to do good when we have opposed Rasulullah Sallallahu ‘Alaihi wa Sallam openly and proudly. They allow photography of great seniors of Tabligh to be displayed. This has left a huge stain on the Tablighi website, if they claiming to be the side on the Haqq.
“So those who violate his order must beware, lest they are visited by a trial or they are visited by a painful punishment”
Verse 63, Suratun Noor – Chapter 24
Rather they have opposed the seniors of the Shura which they claim to be following so diligently.
Did not Hadhrat Moulana Ebrahim Dewla sternly warn against this 100% Haraam using the word “Qatee Haraam”. Was it ever the practice of Tabligh to promote the pictures of elders? so how then have you allowed this to be the image of Tabligh?

In a recent gathering in South Africa, Hadhrat Moulana Ebrahim Devla Saheb commented: (Summarised translation)
➡️ People are capturing photographs 📸 , It is undoubtedly, undeniably Haraam (impermissible) 📵
➡️ This is a blessed gathering wherein Deen is being propagated and the laws of ALLAAH TA’ALA are being expounded upon, why are we polluting it (with this photography)
➡️ Such stern warnings ⚠ are sounded in the Ahadith for the sin of photography.
➡️ On such Hadith Shareef is: on the day of Qiyaamah, in front of the entire creation, a neck will emerge from Jahannam and single out the picture-makers to be flung into Jahannam. (Tirmidhi 2574)
➡️ Why are you making this act a means of you entering the hell-fire? It’s a very serious matter!
➡️ We should resort to excessive Taubah!
➡️ Limit the usage of the mobile phone 📱! It is a tool of futility.
➡️ Sayyiduna Ali رضي الله عنه used to say “The tools of futility will diminish (the respect) of the Qur’aan Shareef”, henceforth people find no enjoyment in the recital of the Qur’aan e Kareem
➡️ This is a great evil, yet it is done with great enjoyment.
➡️ If done for a pressing need, that’s in its place.
➡️ We’ve become oblivious of the prohibition (of photography) by ALLAAH TA’ALA and carry it out with enthusiasm.
➡️ This is the height of ignorance (to take photographs), moreso in these blessed gatherings!
‼️ABSTAIN FROM THIS SIN IN TOTALITY ‼️
Now let us look at us look at 6 points chosen from the many of Saad’s Kufri statements.
#1 – M Saad claims 40 days is Fardh (2022)
In early 2022, Maulana Saad in one of his speeches claimed that going out in Khuruj for 40 days is Fardh (Compulsory in Islam – Like how Prayers/Salat are). This is against the consensus of the mainstream Ulema and will create extremism (ghuloo’) in his followers. His translated speech is as follows :
The Usool of this effort is masnun (i.e. the practice of the Holy Prophet Sallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam). The Usool of this effort is (also) the practice of Sahabah Radhiyallahu ‘Anhum. (It is) Impossible to leave it. Opposing it openly is the cause of our impoverishment. People ask whether completing 40 days is Fardh? I AM SURPRISED THAT PEOPLE ASK MUFTI SAB (THIS). IF IT IS NOT FARDH, WHAT ELSE IS IT?
#2 – M Saad claims that Allah Ta’alaa will take such work from us that had not been given to the Prophets Alaihimus Salaam
In a speech in Sudan in 2017, while STILL in the process of Rujoo (retraction), Maulana Saad mentions that if one performs the work of Dawa with Ikhlas (sincerity), Allah Ta’alaa will take such a work from him which had not been given to the prophets. His translated words (See video for full Urdu speech):
If Allah the Almighty takes work from Ababil, to eliminate Abrahah, will you be jealous of Ababil? Yes. Are you jealous of Ababil? This is HIS nature. If you work with Ikhlas, Allah Ta’a’laa will take work from you, from which Allah did not give to the Prophets. This is Takaza Qudrat (great responsibility)
3# M Saad claims our Imaan is stronger than the Sahaba Radhiyallahu ‘Anhum, Prophets and Angels Alaihimus Salaam (2019)
The following is a transcript of his speech in Amravati Ijtema, India 2019. Maulana Tariq Qasmi has criticized this statement as it is an insult to the prophets, Sahaba, and Angels. Such a person claiming this should immediately make Tawbah (Repentance).
Listen to me. The Prophets, Sahaba (and angels). Muslims today do not understand, the Imaan given to us is better than the Imaan of these three groups (Prophets, Sahaba and angels). There is an authentic hadith (on this). Let me tell you about this. Today Muslims are so negligent about Imaan, yet they are not negligent with their Amaal (Practices). In reality, without Imaan one cannot be steadfast in Amaal (Practices)…..

4# M Saad claims that leaving Mashwara is a bigger sin than leaving the battlefield
M Saad says:
We are all bound by the Mashwara and we have to give Taleem (teaching) about the Mashwara. When someone presses their opinions, disagreements will arise. If someone presses his opinion, other people who have the same view as him will be with him. I say LEAVING AND RUNNING FROM THE BATTLEFIELD IS A VERY BIG SIN BUT LEAVING MASHWARAH IS A BIGGER SIN THAN THAT. Listen to my talk here with full concentration! People fail to understand this deeply! Understand the meaning of my talk here! Leaving Mashwara is a greater sin than leaving the battlefield!
5#– M Saad degrades Nikah as essentially the meeting of two shameful private parts
During a talk in an Ijtema, in front of thousands of people, M Saad lewdly degrades the Sunnah of Nikah as the meeting of two private parts. Here are his exact words:
لوگوں کا خیال یہ ہے کہ نکاح خطبہ نکاح کو کہتے ہیں، حالانکہ نکاح اصل شادی کو کہتے ہیں، اصل شادی کو نکاح کہتے ہیں، میاں بیوی کی ملاقات کو نکاح کہتے ہیں، دو شرمگاہ کے ملنے کو مولانا یوسف صاحب عجیب بات فرماتے تھے مخلوق کو خالق سے جوڑنے پر مال خرچ نہیں کرتے، دو شرم گاہوں کے جوڑنے پر مال خرچ کرتے ہیں، مخلوق کو خالق سے جوڑنے پر مال خرچ نہیں کرتے؛ بلکہ دو شرمگاہوں کے ملنے پر مال خرچ کرتے ہیں، دیکھو توسہی، نکاح کا خلاصہ تو یہی ہے، نکح سے مشتق، دو شرمگاہوں کے ملنے کو نکاح کہتے ہیں، اس پر لوگ مال خرچ کرتے ہیں، حالانکہ یہ کتنا گھٹیا کام تھااور یہ کتنا اچھا کام تھا کہ سارے عالم میں پھرتے اور اس پر مال خرچ کرتے”۔
People think that the main essense of Nikah is the Khutba of Nikah. Although Nikah is the real marriage and the real marriage is called nikah, in reality, Nikah is actually the intimate meeting of a husband and wife. Maulana Yusuf Sahib said something interesting about this “meeting of two private parts”. People don’t (want to) spend money on connecting the creations to the Creator, but they spend money on connecting the two shameful (private parts). They don’t (want to) spend money on connecting the Creation with the Creator; Rather, they spend money on the meeting of two private parts. Understand this! Because this is the essence of marriage. It is derived from Nikah. The meeting of two private parts is what marriage is. People spend money on it, even though it is a lowly thing. Yet how much does it costs? People should spend money travelling around the world (for Khurooj) instead.
Before the last point. This is sufficient for any person with the basic knowledge of Deen will know that Ml Saad and his promotions are deadly to our Imaan. Any person who has been out in Tabligh knows that it is not just about 3 days local. It is one day preparing to go the headquarter mile, the Markaz. It was Nizammuddien before but now since this Kufr has been out in the open, it becomes understandable why the split has become the talk of the world. Tabligh links up to the headquarters (The Markaz). A time is going to come when that person will now want to take a journey to the main Markaz, in this case, Nizaamuddien. When the leader there is promoting all this then how can we assist in this. Once this Kufr promotions is clear, we cannot play a part in peer/sheikh worship. We can never assist baatil when it has become so clear.

6# M Saad claims that the greatest sin of the Sahaba was to delay going out in the Path of Allah Ta’alaa
In December 2018, in the Bulandshahr Ijtema UP, M Saad in an exaggerated statement (Guloo’), claims that from the story of Kaab Ibn Malik Radhiyallahu ‘Anhu, the greatest sin of the Sahaba was to delay going out in the Path of Allah. M Saad Says:
اللہ اکبر ! کعب بن مالک کا واقعہ لوگ نہ سنتے ہیں نہ بیان کرتے ہیں اور نہ اس سے دعوت کی نقل و حرکت کی اہمیت سمجھتے ہیں، مجھے نہیں ملا سیرت میں کوئی صحابہ کا ایسا بڑا جرم جس پر حضور اکرم ﷺ اور تمام صحابہ ان سے ناراض ہو گئے ہوں سوائےاللہ کے راستے میں نکلنے میں تاخیر کرنے کے، دیکھو غور سے پڑھو وہ قصہ
Allahu Akbar! People do not want to hear the story of Kaab bin Malik, nor do they want to understand the importance of movements in Da’wah. I have not found any greater sin of the companions in the Seerah than this. The Prophet Muhammad Sallallahu ‘Alaihi wa Sallam and all the companions were angry with them only because they delayed going out in the Path of Allah. Look and read that story carefully.
