Question;
The Jamiatul Ulama South Africa has lost their affiliation with Islam by condoning Haraam in many ways. Currently in the North under the slogan of outreach their Imaams will be flooding Masaajid for Jumuah. Also I have attached their poster and video promoting their Dawaah program at a garage with Mufti Hamza Moola saying, “Only boys for now”. Please inform and alert the Ummah on what is the status of such programs.
Answer
It is no surprise that their wish to flood the north such as Kelvin, Marlboro, Sunninghill, Linbro park and surrounding areas has come true as trustees and the Ulamaa have not realized their objectives in the field of Nahi anil Munkar. Now when there is no option for the public but to forcefully bow to the misuse of trust by those who called themselves mutawallis then there are great and severe warnings for such people.
The Prophet ﷺ said:
إِذَا ضُيِّعَتِ الأَمَانَةُ فَانْتَظِرِ السَّاعَةَ. قِيلَ: كَيْفَ إِضَاعَتُهَا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ؟ قَالَ: إِذَا أُسْنِدَ الأَمْرُ إِلَى غَيْرِ أَهْلِهِ فَانْتَظِرِ السَّاعَةَ.
Translation:
“When the trust is neglected, then await the Hour.”
It was asked: “How will it be neglected, O Messenger of Allah?”
He ﷺ said: “When authority/affairs are entrusted to those who are not qualified for them, then await the Hour.”

Jamiatul Ulama South Africa made tahreef (adulteration of words) of their very own kitaabs just to promote praying with Jews, Christians and Hindus. Now these trustees of the Masaajid make it difficult for the people attending Jumuah. The public have to make alternate plans to avoid Imaams who masquerade promoting such interfaith, intermingling and cannot call Kuffaar Shia for what they are then read the words of Rasulullah Sallahu Alaihi wa Sallam again:
“When authority/affairs are entrusted to those who are not qualified for them, then await the Hour.”
Imaan is not a cheap filling station get together. Jusa’s scum outreach programs are nothing but of junk status. This is no matter how many Imaams of theirs are flooding the Masaajid and filling stations
Rasulullah Sallahu Alaihi wa Sallam described the miserable state of the Ummah whereby the numbers will be many but they will be the scum of the earth.
He ﷺ said:
«بَلْ أَنْتُمْ يَوْمَئِذٍ كَثِيرٌ، وَلَكِنَّكُمْ غُثَاءٌ كَغُثَاءِ السَّيْلِ…»
“Rather, you will be many on that day, but you will be like the scum and residue carried by a flood…”

Regards to “Mufti” Hamzah Moola then his status of Mufti was taken away a long time ago by his own teachers. Now, instead of reclaiming that title that was once given to him by reforming, he goes deeper in the dark ocean only for a miserable organization like JUSA to utilize for their Dawaah programs.
Mufti Ridhaul Haqq Saheb, Moulana Shabbier Saloojee Saheb and Mufti Elias Shaikh have abrogated Hamza Moolah’s status of being a Mufti due to his “outreach” social media haraam comedy shows called daawah.
Can a Moulana forget a Mufti ever talk like this?

The solution is simple: Build less expensive Masaajid where trustable trustees can be chosen and they can run the Masaajid according to the laws of Allah Ta’alaa. With regards to filling station Dawaah programs, well that is just a program to promote the interfaith preachers, Jamiatul Ulama South Africa which has nothing to do with Islam.
