THE DAGESTAN/TAJIKISTAN CORRUPT MUFTI’S REJECT THE LAW OF ALLAH

Whilst the Muslims globally were boasting upon the fact that Russia allowed their so called ‘hijaab‘ for passport photos, we find the reality of such bare celebrations. Firstly a Muslim is never happy with his/her picture being taken, at most in forced circumstances where there is absolutely no other way out he/she does it with great dislike/hatred in the heart. This principle is taught to us in the Qur’aan Shareef:
“However if somebody is compelled out of necessity, neither desiring nor transgressing, then your Sustainer is most Forgiving, Most Merciful ”
Suratul- An’aam, Verse 145
Secondly, the word ‘Hijaab’ used in the mainstream media has been distorted in such a devious manner the modern Mary, once Mariam, now believes what the West concocts. They define according to their Westerner’s who have no clue of the true understanding of even one letter of the Qur’aan Majeed. Take a look at this, they define Hijaab according to the Cambridge dictionary:
Whilst a hijab can come in many forms, it often specifically refers to a scarf wrapped around the head, covering the hair, neck and ears but leaving the face visible.
Such poor adulterated research should be banned and in fact consequences should be in place for those who mislead.
Their slander on the Speech of Allah Ta’alaa does not stop there, they thumb suck from any Tom, Dick or Harry who has an Islamic name. As a result they took Nasir, Kamaludeen Mohamed’s book (December 2020). Representing Islam: Hip-Hop of the September 11 Generation :
“The use of the hijab has been on the rise worldwide since the 1970s and is viewed by many Muslims as expressing modesty and faith; it has also been worn for purposes of adornment”
The bigger tragedy is when bought out Mufti’s in Dagestaan/Tajikistan/ spew out their filth boasting about their open Kufr. The paid to give verdict “Mufti” says:
He has just made Istikhfaaf (to make something serious of this nature as nothing) and a proud mockery of what His Sustainer has sent through Wahi (Divine Revelation) to Rasulullah Sallallahu ‘Alaihi wa Sallam. The speech of man above the Speech of Allah Ta’alaa? This is outright Kufr from the moment the tongue twisted in that direction saying “Niqaab is banned”. Even if he reckons it is a temporary ban, it will result in a permanent level of Kufr until he does not find himself remorseful, retracting, and renewing his Imaan.
When you ask them, “what do you mean by Niqaab?” They will say, “the veil covering the face”. Well the fact is Allah Ta’alaa speaks of being covered head to toe in the Qur’aan Shareef. They give it the notion of it being a culture in certain Muslim countries. Allah Ta’alaa makes it firm in His Speech:
To smash this entire baatil argument to smithereen including the interpolation of the word Hijaab and Niqaab to hide its realities, by the Fadhl of Allah Ta’alaa we present to you one Hadith from Bukhaari Shareef, Here it is important to know that Hijaab, Niqaab, Pardah is all compulsory.
Ameerul Mu’mineen, Sayyiduna ‘Umar Radhiyallahu ‘Anhu said these words on the land and sand and Allah Ta’alaa approved it in the heavens. Narration 402 of Bukhaari Shareef :
“وَافَقْتُ رَبِّي فِي ثَلاَثٍ،”
“My Sustainer authorised (my statements) in three”
One of the three most relevant here, Hadhrat Umar Radhiyallahu ‘Anhu continues:
“And as regards the (verse of) the veiling of the women, I said, ‘O Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ)! I wish you ordered your wives to cover themselves from the men because good and bad ones talk to them.’ So the verse of the veiling of the women was revealed. ”
Now look at this narration of Bukhaari Shareef and consider the following facts:
- It is the mothers of the believers
- It is the purest of times with the purest of people after Ambiyaa Alaihimus Salaam
- Hadhrat Umar Radhiyallahu ‘Anhu is concerned about recognising the wives of Rasulullah Sallallahu ‘Alaihi wa Sallam even at the peak of darkness.
- Look at the Arabic in the Hadith, The word Hijaab is used that they should become unrecognisable
How is it still they define Hijaab as a scarf?
Ummul Mu’mineen Sayyidah Aa’ishah Radhiyallahu Anha narrates:
The wives of the Prophet (ﷺ) used to go to Al-Manasi, a vast open place (near Baqi` at Medina) to answer the call of nature at night. `Umar (Radhiyallahu ‘Anhu) used to say to the Prophet (ﷺ):
“Let your wives be veiled,”
but Allah’s Rasool (ﷺ) did not do so. One night Sauda bint Zam`a (Radhiyallahu ‘Anha) the wife of the Prophet (ﷺ) went out at `Isha’ time and she was a tall lady. `Umar (Radhiyallahu ‘Anhu) addressed her and said,
“I have recognized you, O Sauda.”
He said so, as he desired eagerly that the verses of Al-Hijab (the observing of veils by the Muslim women) may be revealed. So Allah revealed the verses of “Al-Hijaab”
Bukhaari
“O Nabi! Say to your wives, your daughters and to the women of the Mu’mineen that they draw over them their jilbaabs (outer cloaks or burqah). That (i.e. covering themselves with jilbaabs) is the least (minimum requirement which they should adopt) so that they be recognized and not be molested (by shameless people of loose morals).”
Surah Ahzaab, Aayat 59
All that is left now is the claim:
“The use of the hijab has been on the rise worldwide since the 1970s and is viewed by many Muslims as expressing modesty and faith; it has also been worn for purposes of adornment”
Firstly the Qur’aan Shareef has not been around only since the 1970’s. The Qur’aan Shareef was revealed to Rasulullah Sallallahu ‘Alaihi wa Sallam piecemeal (gradually) more than 1400 years ago. The Qur’aan Shareef contains the word Hijaab too and it definitely does not refer to a head scarf. Allah Ta’alaa says in Surah 33, Al-Ahzaab, Verse 53 and take note of the word Hijaab:
وَ اِذَا سَاَلْتُمُوْهُنَّ مَتَاعًا فَسْئَلُوْهُنَّ مِنْ وَّرَآءِ حِجَابٍ
And when you ask anything from them, ask them from behind a veil
Bought out Mufti’s in Russia and the world have challenged the laws of Allah Ta’alaa. Which Muslim bans the pure laws of the Shari’ah clearly mentioned in the Qur’aan Shareef and Ahaadith Mubaarakah? Beware of those who are professionals at watering down the Deen. They themselves were really strict when they were studying Ahaadith in Medina University, now they claim that it is better to break the law of Allah Ta’alaa to please their fans. They come from Zimbabwe. Others are in South Africa who in action give off the impression there is no law like Hijaab! In shaa Allah, Allah Ta’alaa gives tawfeeq it will be dealt with seperately!
