Firstly we have to ask who owns Patanjali. Patanjali for some time now is run by Baba Ramdev. Ramdev apart from explicitly mentioning his Kufr vision, Mahmood and Arshad Ramdev continue to disgrace the Madani legacy by sharing relations with Ramdev who has a disgusting vision of threatening the Muslims especially:

As the Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind, on behalf of its Halal Trust issued ‘Halal Certificate’ to Baba Ramdev’s Patanjali products, General Secretary of the Jamiat, Maulana Mahmood Madani, has come under heavy criticism for the same.
Madani is alleged to have ‘cordial relations with Baba Ramdev’.
Jamiatul Ulama Halaal Hind Trust claims they do not approve the cow urine products of Patanjali. However other Halaal organizations put pressure upon them, questioning their agenda.
