Sh Yasir Qadhi recently praised a letter regarding the issue of lgbtq. The letter is a definite reflection of Sh Yasir Qadhi’s views which he has made explicit in his talks.
Below is the letter which he regenerates:

In the name of Allah Ta’laa
The Most Compassionate, The Most Merciful
To Sh Yasir Qadhi
All praises to the Almighty Allah Ta’laa and May He send His countless blessings upon Rasulullah ﷺ
Your regenerated post states:
“On this note, we emphasize that there is a difference between sex-attractions and same sex behaviours. While the behaviours are shameful and remorseful in the sight of Allah, the attractions in and of themselves are not, to the extent that they go beyond our control.”
This statement is problematic from the angle that there is a claim to make this filth a natural form of shahawaat (desires) but this goes against even the logic of the immature, insane and is even more wayward than those who are not bound by the Shari’ah.
Allah Ta’ala says
Quran – Surah No. 25 الفرقان
Ayah No. 44
أَعُوذُ بِاللّٰهِ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ الرَّجِيمِ
بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ
اَمۡ تَحۡسَبُ اَنَّ اَكۡثَرَهُمۡ يَسۡمَعُوۡنَ اَوۡ يَعۡقِلُوۡنَ ؕ اِنۡ هُمۡ اِلَّا كَالۡاَنۡعَامِ بَلۡ هُمۡ اَضَلُّ سَبِيۡلًا (44)
Translation:
Or do you think that most of them listen or understand? They are nothing but like cattle. Rather, they are even farther astray in their way. ؏
When one intends to whitewash the public regarding such filth, the first step of their gradual plan is to adopt an apologetic approach. This allows the shameless criminals of such heinous acts to walk about proudly.
Whereas this is not the case, Lut Alaihis Salaam shocked at the transgression beyond limits said to his people:
Quran – Surah No. 27 النمل
Ayah No. 54
Translation: “And (We sent) Lut when he said to his people, “Do you commit the shameful act while you can see (its shamelessness)?”
Ayah No.55
Translation:”Is it that you really come to men lustfully instead of women? No, you are a people committing acts of ignorance.”
This was such immorality that nobody heard of thus Lut Alaihis Salaam admonished them:
Quran – Surah No. 7 الأعراف
Ayah No. 80
Translation: And (We sent) Lut when he said to his people, “Do you commit the shameful act in which nobody has ever preceded you from all the worlds?
Allah Ta’ala sent down an upside punishment for an upside down nation:
Quran – Surah No. 15 الحجر
Ayah No. 74
Translation: Then, We turned it (the city) upside down and sent over them rain of stones made of clay.
Allah Ta’ala states what is shahawaat and natural desires for people:
Quran – Surah No. 3 آل عمران
Ayah No. 14
Translation: It has been made attractive for people to love the desires; that is, the women, the children, the hoarded heaps of gold and silver, the branded horses, the cattle and the tillage. That is an enjoyment of the worldly life. And with Allah lies the beauty of the final resort.
Lastly, the talk of zoophilia has been topping the constitution of many countries. Should they decriminalize this abuse on animals or should it only be criminalized in the instance of the animal being harmed (which animal desires for humans thus which animal will not be harmed?). Zoophilia is exactly what the word pronounces, humans feel for zoo animals!
Our question to all the apologetic world renowned speakers, will you seek to gradually decriminalize this vile, by saying it is part of natural desires?
The letter further states, “Infact our struggle against these attractions” –
Let’s clarify:
These are attractions defined by your Secular industries. But in light of the Shari’ah, your Sustainer declares this as against the norm. Albeit if a person repents sincerely, and is willing to make a u-turn to avoid an upside down punishment then Allah Ta’ala is the All Merciful even though this person has engraved within his heart acts which even aliens would not desire for. The consequences of such won’t be dealt with lightly in a true Islamic country.

In a real Islamic country, serious consequences will have to be faced for such unnatural inhumane behavior.
