Please look at the below of Sheikh Haydar Dhorat who regularly wishes to speak about our Akaabireen in Tasawwuf programs and Qari Bashir Patel of At Tawhid and clearly explain what are the consequences of posing while flagrantly violating the law of Allah Ta’alaa? Note: This picture we are not exposing. This was a picture which Haydar Saheb and Qari Bash have posed with females present on one table, boastfully unconcerned of the laws of Shariah. This pose for INX Prime sends a chilling message for the world to see how these individuals have gone against the true teachings of Rasulullah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam. Make no mistake, this picture has gone on inx primes social media platforms and yes viral it is. Kindly inform the Ummah!
Answer:
Rasulullah Sallallahu ‘Alaihi wa Sallam said,
كُلُّ أُمَّتِي مُعَافًى إِلاَّ الْمُجَاهِرِينَ
“All the sins of my followers will be forgiven except those of the Mujahirin” ( Mujahirin are those who commit a sin openly or disclose their sins to the people)
Sahih al-Bukhari 6069
Adding to the crimes of photography is another crime and that is publicising ones crime and that falls exactly within the ambit of what Rasulullah Sallallahu ‘alaihi wa Sallam described as Mujaahireen. Do not be confused with Muhaajireen, those were the Noble Sahaabah Radhiyallahu ‘Anhum.
Back to the issue at hand, posing for the public to see, in this evil mingle which has a publicity agenda to show, “who is going to do us anything?”
Well indeed, Allah Ta’alaa is All Forgiving but the one who speaks about Tasawwuf or has been gifted the Quraan Shareef but exploits it for an evil pursuit, carelessly expose their own vices. Can they be truthful to any claim of ‘Ilm whereas Allah Ta’laa describes the Ulamaa as:
اِنَّمَا یَخْشَى اللّٰهَ مِنْ عِبَادِهِ الْعُلَمٰٓؤُا
Only those of His slaves fear Allah who are knowledgeable
Surah Faatir Verse 28
Explaining this verse, Hasan al-Basri (Rahmatullahi ‘alaihi) said: “Alim is a person who fears Allah in private and in public, and likes what Allah likes him to do, and hates what is detestable in the sight of Allah.”
The Faqeeh of this Ummah, Sayyidna ` Abdullah Ibn Masud Radhiyallahu ‘anhu ؓ said:
لیَسَ العِلمُ الحدِیثِ و لٰکِنّ العِلمَ عَن کَثرَۃِ الخَدیَۃِ
Memorizing many ahadith (or, talking a lot) is no ‘Ilm (knowledge). Instead, (real) ‘Ilm (knowledge) comes when one has the awe and fear of Allah with it.
In short, the degree of the fear of Allah one has shall go on to make him an ` Alim of that very degree.
And Ahmad Ibn Salih al-Misri said: Fear of Allah cannot be recognized on the basis of someone’s prolific reporting of events or abundance of knowledge, in fact, it is identified through one’s adherence to the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of the Prophet. (Ibn Kathir)
Shaykh Shahabuddin as-Suhrawardi (Rahmatullahi ‘alaihi) said:
This verse clearly indicates that a person who has no fear of Allah is no ` alim. (Mazhari)
Sayyidna Rabi’ Ibn Anas ؓ said:
مَن لَّم یَخش فَلَیسَ بِعَالِمِ
One who does not fear Allah is not an Alim
The Real Hayder (lion) Sayyidna ` Ali al-Murtada ؓRadhiyallahu anhu defined a Faqih (master of Islamic jurisprudence) by saying:
اِنَّ الفَقِیه حَقَّ الفَقِیه مَن لَّم یَقنط النَّاسَ مِن رَّحمَة اللہِ وَ لَم یرخص لَھُم فِی مَعَاصِی اللہِ تَعَالٰی ، وَلم یُؤمِنھُم مَّن عَذَابِ اللہِ
تَعَالٰی وَ لَم یَدَعُ القُرآنَ رَغبَہُ عَنہُ الٰی غَیرِہٖ اَنَّه لَاخَیرَ فِی عِبَادَۃِ لَّاعِلمَ فِیھَا وَلَا عِلمِ لَّا فِقه فِیہه ولَاقِرَاَء لَّاتَدَبُّرَ فِیه
(قرطبی)
A Faqih, perfect as he must be, is he who would not make people lose hope in the mercy of Allah, nor leave them free to indulge in acts of disobedience to Him, nor give them the guarantee of remaining safe from the punishment of Allah, nor forsake the Qur’an by indulging in pursuits other than it. (And he said): Verily, there is no good in an act of worship that is without knowledge, and there is no good in a knowledge that is without understanding, and there is no recitation (Qira’ah of the Qur’an) without deliberation in it. (Qurtubi)
All these statements above, the Grand Mufti of Pakistan, Mufti Muhammed Shafee Uthmaani Rahmatullahi ‘Alaihi has included in his wonderful work: “Ma’ariful Quraan” under the very same verse of Surah Faatir, verse 28.
Let us take that last portion of that statement of Sayyiduna ‘Ali Radhiyallahu ‘Anhu:
“Verily, there is no good in an act of worship that is without knowledge, and there is no good in a knowledge that is without understanding, and there is no recitation (Qira’ah of the Qur’an) without deliberation in it. There is no recitation (Qira’ah of the Qur’an) without deliberation in it”
Deliberating on the Qur’aan Shareef, Allah Ta’alaa says:
وَلَا تَقْرَبُوا۟ ٱلزِّنَىٰٓ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ فَـٰحِشَةًۭ وَسَآءَ سَبِيلًۭا
“Do not go close to Zinaa. It is truly a shameful deed and an evil way.
Surah Al- Israa (17), Verse 32

Women supposed to be in their homes as Allah Ta’alaa mentions in Surah 33 verse 33. Over and above that Quraan Shareef teaches if there is anything to ask from the noble mothers of this Ummah then for those pure women too, it must be done behind a veil.
And when you ˹believers˺ ask his wives for something, ask them from behind a barrier. This is purer for your hearts and theirs.
What will you say about this shameless age we living in, yet do we claim to be above the Quraan Shareef, Rasulullah Sallallahu ‘alaihi wa Sallam, Rasulullah Sallallahu ‘alaihi wa Sallam’s pure wives, the noble Sahaabah Radhiyallahu ‘anhum, the pious predecessors who held on to these commands of Allah Ta’alaa and followed Rasulullah Sallallahu ‘alaihi wa Sallam passionately and lovingly step by step!
Allah Ta’alaa says in Surah al-Najm (52), Verse 32:
So do not claim yourselves to be pure
Forget the veils on the faces of women as that would not serve to purify this devilish scene. There is a veil on their hearts thus they act oblivious to the commands of Allah Ta’alaa.

Subject: Our letter to RII
Assalamu Alaikum Warahmatullaahi Wabarakaatuhu
My Dear Uncle, Maulana Haider Ali ibn Ebrahim Dhorat, Station Manager of Radio Islam International
RE: YOUR REFUSAL TO BROADCAST SHAIKH MUMTAAZUL HAQQ’S SECOND TOUR OF SA
This letter serves to confirm your oral refusal to air the upcoming March ’14 lectures of Shaikh Mumtaazul Haqq, and also to confirm your refusal to state your reasons in writing to Islamic Awakening. This letter is merely for our and your records, and is not an appeal to reconsider your .decision. You have based your refusal on two grounds:
1) Your fear of being murdered by Shi’ahs;
2) Your fear of losing a stream of revenue for RII if you air the esteemed Shaikh’s lectures.
We briefly respond thus:
1) Shaikh Mumtaazul Haqq, known as the “Defence Minister of Islam” in the UK, is indeed a spirited and talented orator, but by no means reckless. As the long-standing Imam of his Masjid in South Hall (UK), a previous Ameer of the Tabligh Jamaat in Tweakenham, and a guest at almost all the Sahabah conferences in the UK, seated next to the expert Allamah Khalid Mahmood, as well as conducting a successful tour in SA last year, NOT ONE incident of violence, or incitement thereof has been recorded.
After his tour last year, NO ONE was murdered, no one took up arms, and nor is this our intention. In fact, it’s stupefying that RII can refuse one of the foremost students of Allamah Khalid Mahmood and break our own ranks. It’s equally insulting to members of Islamic Awakening to have people like RII and the Jamiat (i.e. the NNB Jamiat – The Majlis) think that we would actually promote or allow violence.
2) Regarding your second concern, we at Islamic Awakening are guided by the following two Ahadith:
“When you see those who swear at my companions then say: “Allah’s curse be upon your evil”
“When trials become manifest and my Companions are abused, then the learned should reveal their knowledge. Whoever does not, then upon him is the curse of Allaah, His angels, and the entire mankind. No obligatory nor optional prayers will be accepted of him”
The style of Shaikh Mumtaazul Haqq is according to the imperative in those ahadith, and others similar to it. He is trying to rationally defend our creed. He does become heated at times, but this is proportionate to the level of accusation against the Sahabah. At such time, it’s the pain in his heart which speaks, not his tongue. Our Master, Rasullullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) is also reported to have become angry for the Haqq. His mubaarak vein in his forehead would jut out and his mubaarak face would turn colour when he addressed urgent issues. Sometimes, the Sahabah would become so alarmed that they wished Rasullullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) would stop repeating or saying what he was saying.
Further, many of our Akabireen like Shah Abdul Azeez Muhaddith Dehlawi, Maulana Qasim Nanotwi, Maulana Sarfaraz Khan Safdar, Allamah Yusuf Ludhianwi etc have written on and spoken of the Difa’ aspect of the Sahabah. It’s not new, and people of Haqq and the masses not only appreciate it, but are crying out for help. We are at a loss at those who would refuse to advertise with RII because of you repelling the doubts and filthy accusations of the Shiah against the Ummahatul Mu’mineen, the Khulafa Thalathah, and the vast majority of the Sahabah.
Please do accept our apologies if we offended you in any way, but your refusal, especially since RII broadcasted Shaikh Mumtaz’s programmes last year, has been taken as nothing but an insult, a token of division, and a sign of immaturity by us.
