MOULANA BHAM ATTENDING THE WORLD CUP, ABANDONING JUMÁH SALAAH IN THE MASJID
Friday June 11, 2010 was a calamitous, disastrous day in the history of South African Muslims! Friday June 11, 2010 will forever be recorded as an unmatched, tragic, disastrous and catastrophic day for the sincere Muslims of South Africa! For Friday June 11, 2010 was a Friday when an Aalim purportedly representing South African Muslims abandoned Jumuah Salaah in a Masjid!
Instead of joining the throngs of Musallis making their way towards hundreds of Masaajid to prostrate and kneel in front of Allah Azza Wajal in the House of Allah Ta’ala, the Aalim wound his way towards the World Cup stadium…joining the throngs of singing, dancing, vuvuzela-blowing, chock-a-block frenzy crowds!
On that Friday, June the 11th, 2010 a red line was crossed! Why was a red line crossed? Why was it such a bad day for South African Muslims? Why? The answer is, that without perhaps comprehending the gravity of the event, the reality is that ALLAH, THE MOST HIGH WAS CHALLENGED!

Thereafter Moulana enumerated the following sins which are prevalent in soccer:
- Missing Salaah
- Hero worshipping
- Music
- Zina (Adultery)
- Wastage and corruption
- Alchohol consumption
- Lewd, immoral dressing
- Mixed gatherings
